insurance and fees
Insurance
We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If you carry a different insurance plan that offers out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed invoice) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Please note: Out-of-network benefits vary widely. Contact your plan administrator directly to confirm your coverage.
Private Pay Rates
If you’re not using insurance, you may choose to pay out of pocket. Our private pay rates vary by appointment type:

New/Initial Evaluation (50 minutes): $300

Follow-up Appointment (50 minutes): $275

Medication Follow-up (30 minutes): $200
We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards through our secure online billing platform.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of your care if you are not using insurance. We’re happy to provide one at any time—just ask.
Billing & Financial Responsibility
You are financially responsible for the cost of your care, including:

Any copays, deductibles, or coinsurance

Services not covered by your insurance

Late cancellations or missed appointments
A secure card on file is required for all patients to simplify payment for telehealth services.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient.

Late cancellations or no-shows (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a $100 fee, which is not billable to insurance.

Patients who miss three or more appointments without proper notice may be dismissed from the practice.
